About Dr. Madnani

In this podcast Dr. Dilip Madnani shares with Naren Arulrajah his personal journey to becoming a top New York plastic surgeon and how he runs his two business. Dr. Madnani is a facial plastic surgeon who is double board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Madnani received his BSc from Brown University and his MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Madnani takes us through his experience starting out in New Mexico, where he ran two successful private practices focused on all aspects of head and neck surgery; especially facial plastic and reconstructive surgery of face and neck skin cancer defects. In New Mexico, he was Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Carlsbad Medical Center and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.

In 2010 he moved to New York and started building a reputation locally on Long Island and in Manhattan setting himself apart in his field because he performs his surgical procedures under local anesthesia. His practice grew by specializing in face-lifts, neck lifts, eye rejuvenation surgery, lip lift, and buccal fat removal procedures along with lasers and inflatables to improve the shape and lines on the face.

Throughout the podcast he discusses how he runs his practice with meticulous attention to detail.
